We treat GenAI governance as a systems issue: how content decisions get made, who's accountable, and how users are protected.

This workshop helps teams make confident, practical decisions about GenAI use that protect both users and their organisation.

What we do

In this 4-hour workshop, we work with you to understand where GenAI is being used in your workflows and where it should or shouldn't be used. 

Together, we capture:

  • where GenAI appears in your current workflow
  • risks based on content type and the impact if something goes wrong
  • clear boundaries for data use and tool use
  • roles and accountability for GenAI-assisted content
  • common failure points such as inaccuracy, tone, bias and policy conflicts.

  • a clear picture of where GenAI fits in your workflow and where it adds value
  • confidence about which content types and tasks are safe to use GenAI for
  • a shared understanding of what data can and cannot be used with GenAI tools

The 4-hour workshop costs £1,875 + VAT.

  • 6-week check-in (£950 + VAT): review progress and unblock issues
  • Light support (£1,800 + VAT): feedback on updated workflows before rollout
  • 3-month retainer (from £3,500 + VAT): ongoing support to implement changes
  • full support (custom): embedded content strategist.
